Chimichurri Roasted Veggie BowlA fusion of flavors and spices from Agrentina. Roasted local colorful root veggies served with a vibrant green chimichurri sauce for dipping (fresh cilantro, parsley, and oregano base). Select Nihau ground lamb or All Veggies.
Classic "Meat and Potatoes" Dinner*LCHF / Keto Specific. The perfect rendition to the classic homestyle meal. Garlic Cauliflower Mash with sautéed leeks in a white wine reduction, local garlic roasted okra, and your choice of protein. Select macadamia nut crusted chicken or stuffed Tutu Portabello mushroom.
Korean Buddha Bowl*LCHF / Keto Specific. Roasted namul (seasonal ingredients), roasted Okinawan sweet potato, pickled red cabbage, seaweed salad, daikon radish-pear kimchi, micro greens, sesame, pickled ginger, cucumber, and lots o love. O yea, be sure to pick your protein. This is the most colorful bowl of nutritious, deliciousness :).
Local Caponata BowlA Sicilian version of ratatouille with local eggplant, sweet onion, capers, local tomatoes, white wine vinegar, garlic, and local veggies all simmered to bring out the sweet aromas. Topped with a macadamia nut crumb and sprouted brown rice to soak up all the juices.

Build It Egg Salad Sammy*LCHF / Keto Specific. Build You Own Egg Salad Sammy with our homemade farm fresh egg salad (dairy free) made with fresh dill, maple syrup. Served with homemade pickles, sprouts, and our *Gluten Free, Vegan ancient grain sandwich bread. We recommend toasting your bread slices then piling it high with all the toppings!
Chia Pudding Parfait*LCHF/KETO. Chia Pudding with coconut cream and cardamom doTERRA oil served with fresh berries side of sprouted sesame granola, half local papaya, hemp seed, and toasted coconut flakes. Each topping packed separately for you to build when ready to eat.
