We love collaboration and working closely with you to create the perfect menu for your event or special day. We start by meeting with you to get an idea of your favorite flavors and foods then we consider the season and produce that is available here on Oahu to then create a vibrant and delicious menu to share with your friends and family. Creativity and love are the two most important ingredients we put into our cooking. We can’t wait to share it with you.

Raw Lilikoi-Mango Tart. Vegan, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free Raw Pie with locally sourced flavors and nut based crust.

Raw Lilikoi-Mango Tart

A tropical tart that tastes like cheesecake. Locally sourced lilikoi and mango juiced then blended with homemade fresh coconut whip and cashew. Naturally sweetened with an all nut based crust. Topped with fresh mango flowers from the garden.

Can be made as mini tartlets for a larger crowd.  

Ancient Grain Bread Loaves or Baguettes

Our special gluten free four blend comprised of Ancient Grains and chia seed. This bread is vegan with no added sugars or oils and each loaf or baguette is hand kneaded for that artisan feel. It’s rustic and hearty with a perfectly nutty flavor.
Great served as crostini with your favorite dips or toppings, as sandwiches, or have pre-sliced baguettes to compliment an intimate dinner gathering.
